António Maneira

PhD student, Digital Media

António Maneira is currently pursuing his PhD on Digital Media where he will research state of the art trends and outline best practices in the development and use of interactive learning resources.

He has a Master in Communication Sciences in 2008, project in which he did research on e-learning Interfaces in the FCSH-UNL.

From 2007 to 2009 he worked  at the e.Learning Laboratory of FCT-UNL as an e-learning assistant officer providing support to teachers in e-learning activities; He also worked as an administrator of two Learning Management Systems (Moodle and Blackboard), and provided courses and consulting activities for teachers using ICT.

From 2005 to 2007 he worked in a project called “A Universalidade dos Saberes” at FCT-UNL as a designer and supervising the development, implementation and evaluation of resources and activities for teaching and learning online.

Since 2003 to 2006 he worked as a designer and programmer in several projects.

He graduated in Communication Design in 2003 at the Faculdade de Belas Artes da Universidade de Lisboa.
