Using the city of Lisbon as a source
of inspiration, the 11 participants
of this 3-week workshop explore how Google Earth can be used for the creation and dissemination of documentary content.

In doing this, we begin to understand how geo-location tools and an on-line platform affects documentary practice and form. This site also serves as the archive for the UT Austin:Portugal Colab digital documentary workshops from 2008 and 2009.
